Do you have an idea for an invention but are struggling with next steps? Are you considering founding or participating in a startup company, and looking to receive feedback? Members of the ϳԹ community are invited to a Speed Mentoring event during Innovation Week Monday, Oct. 28, from 4 to 6 p.m. This event will be held in partnership with Jumpstart’s Burton D. Morgan Mentoring Program.
This action-packed mentoring event is focused on providing ϳԹ faculty members, students and alumni with an opportunity to share their idea—whether just conceptual or ready for launch—with experienced faculty inventors, entrepreneurs, investors and innovators.
The mentors bring valuable experience from a range of industries spanning healthcare to technology to finance to culinary. They’ve worked at companies such as Google, Amazon, eBay, Best Buy, Philips Healthcare, Omnova Solutions and more.

Refreshments will be provided. Registration will close at noon Friday, Oct. 25.
About Innovation Week
Faculty, staff, students and community members are encouraged to attend Innovation Week, a celebration of the innovative and entrepreneurial culture of ϳԹ. It will take place Oct. 28–Nov. 1. Registration is required to attend any of the events, including presentations, workshops, tours and pitch competitions.
