Get fit this fall with 121 Fitness “Thrive Program”

This fall, 121 Fitness will offer exercise and nutrition seminars, a beginner's exercise program, healthy cooking classes and one-on-one personal training programs for those looking to put their best foot forward. Attend the “Thrive Program” meet and greet event Monday, Aug. 24, from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. Attendees will have the chance to grab a bite to eat, discuss the program with the directors and win free prizes. The exercise and nutrition “Get Fit Together” seminars will feature cooking demonstrations, in-class activities and tips on stress, fitness and nutrition.
