Members of the ϳԹ community are invited to hear from Hope Barkoukis, associate professor and chair of the Department of Nutrition at ϳԹ School of Medicine, Monday, Nov. 25, at 4:30 p.m. in Clark Hall, Room 206.
Barkoukis, who was recently named the , will present “Food is the Force that Binds Us All Together.”
This event is sponsored by the Department of Modern Languages and Literatures and held in conjunction with the fall 2024 Kelvin Smith Library exhibit, “Slow Matters: Intersecting Foods and Fields,” which will be on display through December. Faculty members Jacqueline Nanfito (Spanish) and Denise Caterinacci (Italian) created the exhibit with Elizabeth Meinke, Kelvin Smith Library exhibitions librarian.
