STUDENT LIFE | January 15, 2019
STORY BY: EDITORIAL STAFF
Interested in shadowing a ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø alumnus working in your area of interest over spring break? Students will have the opportunity to do just that with the Career Connections program. Through the program, Post-Graduate Planning and Experiential Education works with the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Alumni Association to match first- and second-year undergraduate students with alumni in their field of interest, no matter where they are spending spring break. In order to participate, students must attend one of the mandatory workshops for details regarding Career Connections. Space is limited, so students must register through Handshake for one of the following dates:
  • Thursday, Jan. 17, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. in Tinkham Veale University Center Senior Classroom (Room 134);
  • Friday, Jan. 18, from 12:30 to 1:45 p.m.in Peter B. Lewis, Room 201;
Hot chocolate and cookies will be served at each workshop. To be considered for the program, students must attend one of the two workshops and apply for the Career Connections program. Applications of students who are not registered attendees of the workshop will not be considered.
