Early Music America, a not-for-profit service organization for the field of historical performance in North America, recently granted a College-Level Development Grant to the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Baroque Ensembles.
The $1,000 grant will help support the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Baroque Ensembles’ Musical and Theatrical Gesture project, which the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Baroque orchestra, vocalists and dancers will perform on Nov. 2, with guest artist Jed Wentz.
Wentz also will present a colloquium talk and has offered to be available for various class appearances, masterclasses, lessons, and possibly presentations with the English and theater departments should time and interest permit.
