The Connor Integrative Medicine Network at University Hospitals Case Medical Center will offer a discounted rate on its meditation classes for ϳԹ and University Hospitals employees.
In the four-week series Meditation 102: The Next Step, participants can continue their meditation practice and expand on the skills gained from Meditation 101.
The July courses, which run Mondays from noon to 1 p.m. July 9–30, will cover Mindfulness Meditation. In August, also held Mondays from noon to 1 p.m., the four-week session will be on Yoga Nidra/Guided Relaxation Practice. The August series runs Aug. 6-27.
All classes are held in the Bolwell Health Center Building B Conference Room, except for the July 16 class, which will be held in the Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital Community Room.
Each four-week session is $40 for ϳԹ and University Hospitals employees and volunteers. The classes are open to the public for $60.
