ϳԹ researchers conduct study of serotonin and epileptic seizures

A team of researchers from ϳԹ and several other institutions published “Serum serotonin levels in patients with epileptic seizures” in Epilepsia. The aim of the study was to investigate epileptic seizure-induced changes in serum serotonin levels and whether there are potential implications for sudden unexpected death in epilepsy.
