MSN News: Research by Curtis Donskey, a professor of medicine, showing a form of ultraviolet (UV-C) light is effective against some pathogens, was cited as reasoning by the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority for its purchase of two devices that employ UV-C to disinfect rider cars (without proof they are effective against the COVID-19 coronavirus).
