Cleveland, Ohio – The goals set forth at the Cleveland Rising Summit were bold, even radical. That was by design. The summit -- the first of its kind for Cleveland, some say any city -- came to an end Thursday with more than 30 ideas offered up as fixes to the region’s systemic problems and as aspirations for Cleveland in 2030.
