CTV News: Jonathan Flint, adjunct professor in the department of political science at the College of Arts and Sciences, discussed the ongoing war in Ukraine and calls for war crimes charges against Russia. “At this point, we have prima facie evidence of war crimes,” he said. “We’ve all seen the pictures and heard the stories about what’s happened in Bucha. War crimes investigators…need to go in and investigate property and from there.”
