“Are You Sleeping: Stress Management for Insomniacs”

Dealing with the economic, logistic and mental challenges stemming from the COVID-19 outbreak can have a detrimental effect on our health. Many faculty and staff members have found that their sleep, an essential component of well-being, has been greatly disturbed.

To aid the community with strategies for better rest each night, the Wellness Program will offer “Are You Sleeping: Stress Management for Insomniacs.” 

In this one-time, one-hour webinar, presenter Patrice Rancour will discuss the causes of sleeplessness, non-medication options for getting good sleep, the relationship between sleep and immunity, and more.

, which will take place Wednesday, May 13, at noon via Zoom.

In addition to one-time webinars, the Wellness Program continues to offer series and other resources to help faculty and staff stay healthy during the period of remote work.
