The Clinical and Translational Science Collaborative (CTSC) will participate in the Mentored Career Development Award (KL2) Training Program. This initiative offers scholars the opportunity to embark on an intensive, four-year training program in multidisciplinary, team-based and patient-oriented clinical research. The program aims to train the nation’s future leaders in clinical and translational research.
Applications to the program must be submitted by Monday, Oct. 15. Candidates must:
- Hold an MD, PhD, DDS, PharmD, PsyD or equivalent degree;
- Demonstrate a keen interest in clinical research;
- Hold a position in a CTSC partner institution on or before May 1, 2019; and
- Be a U.S. citizen or have permanent resident status.
- Salary and benefits, based on qualifications and supporting 75 percent effort;
- Research stipend;
- Tuition benefits for didactic program pursuing a degree in clinical investigation;
- Travel funds;
- Access to multidisciplinary mentors; and
