Apply to be a coach with the Women Staff Leadership Development Institute

The Flora Stone Mather Center for Women is seeking coaches for the Women Staff Leadership Development Institute (WSLDI). Individuals interested in applying should have:

  1. Previous coaching experience;
  2. Current status as a faculty or staff member at ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø;
  3. Completed coaching certificate from Weatherhead School of Management or through another program

Coaches for WSLDI will have three, 90-minute coaching sessions per coachee and three, one-hour meetings with the coaching team.

Coaches for WSLDI 2.0 will have two, 90-minute coaching sessions per coachee and three, one-hour meetings with the coaching team.
