The African American Read-In, an annual nationwide event held during Black History Month, celebrates great writing by African Americans.
ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø will hold an African American Read-In Wednesday, Feb. 28, from 5 to 8 p.m. in Clark Hall, Room 206.
Students, staff and faculty will read works by their favorite African American writers.
Members of the community are encouraged to their favorite poem, essay, song, novel, excerpt, monologue or other work. All members of the community are invited to come to listen to others read.
, the Writing Program, the and Writers House are sponsoring this event and the Baker-Nord Center for the Humanities will host.
