The Departments of Physics and Chemistry and the Program in Cell Biology will host a lecture titled “The 2021 Nobel Prizes in Science” Thursday, Feb. 3, from 4 to 5 p.m. via Zoom.

ϳԹ faculty members will explain the science behind the Nobel Prizes awarded in 2021:

  • Cyrus Taylor, the Albert A. Michelson Professor in Physics, will discuss the Prize in Physics; 
  • Thomas Gray, professor in the Department of Chemistry, will discuss the Prize in Chemistry; and 
  • George Dubyak, professor in the Department of Biophysics and Physiology, will discuss the Prize in Physiology or Medicine.

This lecture is free and open to the public.
