121 Fitness to offer “Get Fit for Life” programs

Faculty and staff are invited to get involved in one of the three different 12-week wellness programs starting the week of July 14 at 121 Fitness. Each of the programs has a different aim—nutrition, exercise or group fitness. The exercise and nutrition programs, which are personal training programs, are each $25 per week for members of 121 Fitness, or $31 weekly for non-members. The “Get Fit Together” program is $30 for the 12-week series. The program is free for ϳԹ Wellness participants. ϳԹ and University Hospitals payroll deduction payment plans will be offered. If eligible, ϳԹ employees could earn the $100 exercise incentive, $100 nutrition wellness incentive or both financial incentives. Personal training appointments are available weekdays from 5:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. and weekends from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Appointments are scheduled at the participant’s convenience.
