Originally from Santa Fe, New Mexico, Harlie recently earned her Master’s in Public Health and Master’s in Bioethics & Medical Humanities at ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø. Harlie attended the University of California, Davis for her undergraduate education where she studied Psychology with an emphasis in Biology.
Harlie is passionate about working to advance racial justice. Her professional interests include reproductive technology ethics, as well as understanding and learning more about the social impacts of advances in medical science and technology more broadly. Harlie takes great pride in helping create a sense of community within the Department of Bioethics by coordinating social events for staff, students, and faculty. Her previous work experience includes clinical laboratory administration, medical office management, and clinical research support at the University of New Mexico Comprehensive Cancer Center.
